| Training Diary 2005 |
|
As it's late 2004, I'm currently building base miles in preparation for the 2005 season. That would make for some boring diary entries. Starting the week of January 1, 2005, I will begin posting my weekly training diary and continue throughout the season culminating in my two peak races - the Toronto Ultra 100k and Toronto Waterfront Marathon.
So check back late early 2005 for my new training diary.
