    2005 Training Plan
    I am currently devising my 2005 training plan to peak for two events in 2005:

    I'm hoping for a sub 3:20 at the Waterfront Marathon to qualify for Boston in 2005.

    Currently, I'm following a Lydiard-like base plan. My daily runs usually follow the following schedule:
