I've now begun my 2005 racing season. For a day-by-day account of what I'm doing, check out my training diary. Along with the numeric result, I will put a small note with each race to briefly summarize the purpose and goals of that race. Each race should have a purpose (even if it is just to maintain or test fitness)! After each race, I post the results and (hopefully) a brief race report.
